This Privacy Policy describes how The Shellborn Collective ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Shellborn website ("Site") and the Shellborn Rarity Checker browser extension ("Extension").

Our core principle: We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal data.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We explicitly do not collect, process, or store:

  • Personally identifiable information (name, email, address, phone number)
  • Financial or payment information (credit cards, bank accounts)
  • Authentication credentials (passwords, PINs, security questions)
  • Health information
  • Personal communications (emails, messages, chat logs)
  • Location data (GPS, IP-based location, regional information)
  • Web browsing history
  • User activity data (clicks, mouse movements, keystrokes, scroll behavior)
  • Wallet private keys, seed phrases, or signing credentials

3. WEBSITE (SHELLBORN.IO)

Wallet Connection: When you connect a wallet to mint NFTs, your public wallet address is used solely to process the blockchain transaction. We do not store wallet addresses on our servers.

Hosting: The Site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs as described in their privacy policy. We do not access these logs for tracking purposes.

No Cookies: We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics.

No Accounts: The Site does not require user accounts.

4. BROWSER EXTENSION (SHELLBORN RARITY CHECKER)

The Extension displays rarity rankings on Magic Eden with these principles:

  • Local Storage Only: Stores a single on/off preference locally. This data never leaves your browser.
  • No Data Transmission: No data is sent to external servers. All rarity data is bundled within the Extension.
  • No Remote Code: No remote code is fetched or executed.
  • No Wallet Access: Zero access to crypto wallets or transactions.
  • Read-Only DOM Access: Only reads page content to inject rarity badges.
  • Limited Scope: Only activates on Magic Eden shellborn pages.
  • No Analytics: No telemetry or tracking of any kind.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Blockchain: Transactions occur on Solana, a public ledger. Transaction data is publicly visible and immutable.

Magic Eden: The Extension operates on Magic Eden pages, subject to their own privacy policy.

6. DATA SECURITY

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to secure or breach.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR/CCPA, you have rights regarding personal data. Since we collect none, there is no data to access, correct, or delete.

Extension Removal: Remove via browser extension management.
